Update the Information About Your Company
On this page you may enter your information or update it whenever you want.
For this, you will need the organisation ID (normally a 7 digit number) in our database. If you do not have this information, get in touch with us. Did you set a password and do not remember it, get in touch with us, as well and we will reset it to the original value. Password are stored in our database in encrypted form.
After entering the organisation ID and the password below, you will be able to see and update the information we have about you in our database. Your changes will briefly be validated by us (e.g. the format of the room number, etc.). It will then take about 24 hours until the information is updated in the search portal and in the display at the entrance, downstairs. The “InfoArte” system in front of the auditorium is updated by hand.
- Please, only enter something into those fields, that should be changed. Leave correct values as they are.
- You may upload up to two new logo variants. Normally, one version in good resolution is sufficient.
- Logos that we have on file, will be shown in the form. Please, mark down those logos that should be deleted, explicitly.
- Some fields (italic), like your company name or the listed contact person for the search portal cannot be edited. Please contact us especially if the name of the company has changed. Possibly, the lease agreement needs to be updated, in this case.
- Your requested changes are not visible, yet after you submit this form. They need to be approved by us first.
- Contact information of people and your employees may be updated here.
